Agency pledges: "We never sell personal data"
FAST UP LLC publishes its rules on personal data for clients, readers, journalists and website visitors.
KYIV — FAST UP LLC, the advertising, digital and news company at 3 vul. Korabelna, today confirmed that it processes personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, for readers and clients in the EU, the GDPR. The company does not sell or rent personal data and does not make automated decisions about individuals.
What the agency keeps about its clients
For advertising, development and consulting work, FAST UP processes names, positions and contacts of client representatives, briefs, contracts, invoices and campaign reports. The data is used to deliver the work and keep accounts.
Ads without personal profiles
When planning and placing ads, the agency uses aggregated audience statistics from media and platforms. It does not buy lists of people and does not build individual profiles for targeting.
Sources and people in the news
As a news agency, FAST UP may process information about people who appear in the news or act as sources. This is done under the journalism provisions of Ukrainian law, with respect for privacy and the confidentiality of sources.
People mentioned in our news can ask for a correction of inaccurate information.
Journalists' contacts
Contacts of journalists and editors used for press releases are kept in a media list. Anyone can ask to be removed from it at any time.
Portals and hosting: client decides
For websites and portals FAST UP builds or hosts, the users' data belongs to the client. The agency acts as a processor on the client's instructions and returns or deletes data when the contract ends.
Who else sees the data
- media outlets and ad platforms (campaign materials, not personal data of individuals);
- hosting, cloud and email providers;
- bank and accountant;
- state authorities where the law requires.
How long it stays on file
Enquiries: 6 months. Client contracts and accounting records: as required by law. Media list: until a journalist asks to be removed. Published news remains in the archive as part of the public record.
No cookies on this site
This site uses no cookies or analytics. The contact form opens the visitor's email program and stores nothing. Fonts come from Google Fonts, which receives the visitor's IP address.
What you can demand
Anyone can ask FAST UP to show, copy, correct or delete their data, restrict processing, object, or withdraw consent. Requests go to support@fastupllc.beer and are answered within 30 days. Complaints may be filed with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
